Industrial Foam Solutions
Filter Foam
We supply filter foam in any shape or quantity and in many different PPI formulations. Our custom fabrication capabilities allow us to fabricate your filter foam to fit your HVAC application, no matter the material. We work with you to choose the proper material, from open-celled foams to closed-cell foams, and help you design the proper configuration for your application, keeping HEPA performance in mind.
Foam Gaskets
We customize gaskets in a wide variety of materials, including both open-cell and closed-cell and low-permeability foams, and can provide combination filtering and gaskets for a broad range of applications. We carry open-celled foam that meets MVSS302, UL94, and other standards, and stock many different variations of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) to meet any application requirement.
Neoprene Gaskets
Neoprene is a closed cell, flexible and durable foam ideal for gasketing applications where movement can be anticipated. Whether you manufacture pumps, piping, or marine products, we can help by providing design expertise and fabrication of neoprene foam, including die-cutting and waterjet–cutting in any shape required for your application.
Sound Abatement
We provide sound abatement solutions for noisy industrial machinery and work environments, addressing both high and low frequencies with the right material and thickness for the job. Substrates like aluminized mylar are also available to reflect heat and resist dirt or water, along with many different adhesives to accommodate temperature requirements and material types.
Fenestration
Our design experts help you select and fabricate the right shape and material for your fenestration needs. Our urethane foam sealers offer the compression resistance and durability window and door manufacturers require. From precise foam seals to jamb liners, spacers, separators, weather-stripping and insulation, we can help with all your fenestration needs.
