Our Hiring Process

Step 1: ApplyOnce you’ve identified an opportunity apply online to start the application process. You’ll be able to upload your resume and once your application is submitted you’ll receive a confirmation E-mail. That E-mail will provide a contact name if you have any questions.
Step 2: Evaluating Applicants & Interview ProcessHuman Resources works closely with our hiring managers to assess candidates for each job opening. Selecting resumes that best fit the job opening. If your application is selected, a member of Human Resources will contact you for a preliminary phone conversation. This begins the dialog to explore the job requirements with you and how they align with your skills, experience and knowledge. Next a one-on-one and/or a panel interview will be scheduled to further evaluate your technical and soft skills.
Step 3: The Offer LetterOur team works hard to help ensure we make the right hiring decision for you and for Amcon. If you’ve successfully completed the interview process, and are distinguished as the candidate we’d like to hire, you’ll receive an offer letter from Human Resources. The letter will tell you how much time you have to respond and how to accept or decline the offer.

Application Status

We believe that you should be able to find out the status of your application. So if you haven’t received an update from Human Resources, please contact the staff member identified in the initial E-mail confirmation you received when you first applied.

Try to be patient, there may be no status change after you apply. It often takes time to fill a position and there are many variables at play. Some completely unrelated to you and your application.
