- Choose Your ESD Foam Type
We developed our own distinct lines of conductive and static dissipative foams. These one-of-a-kind foams are made of permanent static dissipative polyurethane materials that have varying surface resistances (ranges from 104 – 109). - Custom Foam Shapes and Sizes
Our state-of-the-art facilities have the capability to completely customize your ESD and anti-static foam purchase. We use over a dozen routing, cutting, and tooling techniques to achieve the best look and fit at minimum cost. - Foam for Light and Heavy Applications
Our distinct ESD foams come in Soft and Dura grades. Soft is designed for lighter duty packaging applications, while Dura is meant for heavier duty applications. We can also laminate ESD foams to achieve greater thicknesses. - Other Anti-Static Foam Options
We stock several levels of standard pink anti-static foams, both in polyurethane and polyethylene materials. We also offer black, crosslinked Zote foam, all of which can be die-cut, waterjet-cut or straight-cut to your specifications.
